Trial training

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Under trial is defined as a training for detecting power levels and fitness of athletes and getting to know a club or gym through a training session.

Training to determine performance levels and fitness

Sports clubs, especially in the professional sector, invite new players to a training session in order to determine whether the current level of performance and physical fitness meet the requirements of the new employer.

Getting to know a club or fitness studio

Many sports clubs or fitness studios often give interested non-members a free trial lesson. Those interested can get an overview of the training conditions, equipment and environment. The aim of such a trial training on the part of the provider is usually a contractual commitment of the potential new member.
