Process history

The trial history is part of the judgment text . In civil proceedings it is part of the offense of the judgment, in criminal proceedings it is - if necessary - part of the grounds. The process history contains the information about the previous course of the process necessary to understand the judgment. The process history is usually written in the perfect tense .
