Pseudolymphoma
A pseudolymphoma is a benign lymph node enlargement that is triggered by an exogenous stimulus (foreign body, medication, tick bite) and usually spontaneously regresses when the stimulus is removed .
Pseudolymphomas are divided into:
- B-cell pseudolymphomas ( e.g. Bäfverstedt syndrome , borreliosis ) and
- T-cell pseudolymphomas ( e.g. drug reaction, skin parasites , Kimura disease , Pautrier-Woringer syndrome ).
