aims

An understandable science dialog is intended to bring science and society closer together and to reduce fears about technical innovation processes. The curiosity for science, technology and research should be encouraged especially among children and young people.

Science in dialogue

In Germany in 1999, on the initiative of the Stifterverband für die Deutsche Wissenschaft, the society " Wissenschaft im Dialog " was founded in the legal form of a non-profit GmbH in order to promote the scientific dialogue through various measures and projects.

Understandable writing

Scientific topics that are written down therefore also require an understandable text. This includes that the texts are simple, concise and clear. Various municipalities are considering using legal German as an administrative language that is close to the citizens.
