The Puch 125 SV ( S chwingarm- V ollnabenbremsen) was one of the Austrian Steyr Daimler Puch AG produced motorcycle . The 125 SV series motorcycle, equipped with a two-stroke twin-piston engine, was produced 23,014 times from 1953 to 1967.

The paintwork was blue until 1956, green until 1957 and black from 1957.

In addition to the more frequently produced and stronger sister 175 SV with 10 hp, there was also the sporty 125 SVS with two carburettors and 8 hp. This motorcycle has only been built 2,576 times.
