Pulpitos en su tinta (small octopuses , cuttlefish or squids in their own ink) are a traditional Spanish fish dish, which in its basic form consists of small squids with their own ink, fish broth, white wine, onions, tomatoes, olive oil, garlic and salt.

This fish dish gets its typical black color from the body's own ink of these cephalopods or from separately prepared octopus ink.

Pulpitos en su tinta are served as a tapa (traditionally with baguette slices to dip the sauce) or as a full fish dish (mainly with white rice ).
