Qimin yaoshu

Qimin yaoshu ( Chinese  齊 民 要 術  - "The Most Important Techniques for the General Welfare of the People") is an important agricultural manual from 6th century China for the history of Chinese food and drink culture. Its author is Jia Sixie ( Chinese  贾思勰 ) from the Northern Wei Dynasty.
