Qinghe (清河 区; Pinyin : Qīnghé Qū) is a Chinese municipality in the prefecture-level city of Huai'an in Jiangsu Province . It has an area of ​​134 square kilometers and has a population of around 320,000 (2004). It is the seat of government of Huai'an.

Administrative structure

At the municipality level, the municipality consists of nine street districts and two municipalities.
