Quasi-legal person

Quasi-legal persons are called in legal parlance companies that have no legal personality , but which, like legal persons, can bear rights and obligations (partial legal capacity ). Examples of this are the oHG ( general partnership ) or the KG ( limited partnership ).

The term is not generally recognized in jurisprudence . In Germany, instead, depending on the context, it usually refers to partnerships , partnerships or jointly-owned companies . However, the terms differ in nuances.
