structure

The certified forum is the agency's central body. It is made up of all institutions certified with the Quifd seal and is legally sponsored by the Förderverein für Jugend und Sozialarbeit eV In an annual meeting, the members decide on the guidelines of Quifd, changes and further developments of the quality standards, the certification process and choose the Quifd Commission.

The commission is elected by the members of the Quifd forum and consists of representatives of the certified and independent experts. She makes decisions on strategic issues, on procedural changes and participates in the further development and formulation of quality standards.

Quality management

Quifd supports the quality management of voluntary service providers by providing quality standards, certifying facilities, offering training and promoting the exchange of quality information in voluntary services.

Quifd has developed quality standards for voluntary services at home and abroad. These standards are available free of charge to all volunteer service providers in order to support them in their quality development.

Full-time and voluntary employees of the volunteer service providers can participate in training courses, workshops and specialist conferences on quality-related topics at Quifd and exchange ideas with speakers and colleagues.

In the context of practical workshops, working groups and conferences, Quifd promotes the exchange about quality in voluntary services among the providers as well as between deployment centers and providers at home and abroad.
