Rönnerum
Rönnerum is a village belonging to the municipality of Borgholm on the Swedish island of Öland in the Baltic Sea .
The village with fewer than 50 inhabitants (as of 2005) is located south of Rälla , about one kilometer east of highway 136. To the southwest is Stora rör .
Rönnerum is known for the remains of a village from the Iron Age , Rönnerum fornby, about two kilometers east of the village . The foundations of ten houses can be found in the approximately 300 by 400 meter area of the Iron Age village. In this area there is also the Rönnerum-Abbantorp nature reserve , which covers around 200 hectares .
