BIKE LOBBY Austria

RADLOBBY Austria is a federal association of Austrian everyday cycling organizations. It was founded on January 26th, 2013 to represent the interests of cyclists across Austria and internationally in terms of soft mobility .

The federal association has the following associations as members (as of July 2013):

  • ARGUS - Die Radlobby (founding member)
  • ARGUS Styria - The Radlobby (founding member) (going personnel to the assets of the National Association Verkehrsclub Styria back, the 1988 appeared to 1998 (from VCÖ Confederation) was dissolved and simplistic law on the 1997 undeclared but for now fully constituted club Grazer bicycle drive GO! )
  • Radlobby Bicycle Interest Group (IGF) (founding member)
  • RADLOBBY Carinthia (founded April 30, 2013) - with working groups in Klagenfurt and Villach
  • RADLOBBY Lower Austria (founding member)
  • RADLOBBY Upper Austria (founding member) (formerly EAMDC - First and Anziger Courageous Bike Club (note 1st dialect for: Sole; 2nd in joking allusion to the ÖAMTC automobile club), later ifahrrad OÖ (Initiative Fahrrad OÖ; also dialect for: I ride a bike ))
  • VELOclub Salzburg - The cycling lobby in Salzburg (founding member)

The aim of the federal association is a regional association in every Austrian federal state that is a member of the federal association.

RADLOBBY Austria is a member of the European Cyclists' Federation (ECF).
