RGBI

Reich Law Gazette (Red Green Blue Intensity) indicates a port standard for CGA - monitors . With RGBI, one bit is used for each of the 3 color components (red, green and blue) . In addition, you can choose between a light and a dark variant for each of the 8 combinations. Thus a total of 16 colors are possible.

RGBI was used by CGA - graphics cards and the 80-character video chip of the Commodore C128 .
