The RRC Flying Saucers is one of the most successful rock 'n' roll clubs in Germany. It was founded in 1978 in Flensburg and today has over 200 members.

The club can boast both national and international successes, such as B. several German championship titles, European championship titles, runner-up world championships and world championships.

Well-known formations of the club were the girl formations Rocking Angels , Dancing Angels , the formation Rockalarm (youth class), the Nordic team (quartet class), the Baltic Rockets (student class), 8for4, Young Generation, Rocking Ladies and FlensSation. In addition, the club is represented by many individual couples and popular sports couples.

In 2014, the club hosted the world championship for master and youth formations and the European championship for lady formations on May 24th in the Fördehalle in Flensburg. In November, the German Formation Championship followed, also in Flensburg.

2015 was able to build on the success of the previous year. The formations B a Lady and Rockalarm became North German champions in their class. The club is also still well represented in the single pair segment.

In March 2016, the board was replaced.

In 2016 & 2018 the youth formation "Rockalarm" became German champions, as was the girl formation "Dancing Angels", which brought the title in 2017 & 2018 to the north.

The club's top couples in the individual area are currently Anna & Christian, Valeria & Max and Alina & Florian.

In 2019, the club started with six formations at the German Championship of Rock'n'Roll Formations in Bochum and all of them achieved a place in the top 5.

Current formations of the club in 2019 are the Meisterjäger, Rockalarm (both master class), Survivor (lady class), B a Lady (show class), Girls on Fire (girl class) and The Wild Bunch (youth class).

In terms of formation, the club is currently one of the most successful clubs in Germany. In order to be able to build on in individual areas, the association attaches great importance to their offspring.
