RSG caps

RSG caps

RSG caps (toe caps) are used by gymnasts for training and competitions in rhythmic gymnastics (RSG).

The RSG caps are usually made of nappa leather (the upper material is often also made of microfiber ) and two rubber bands that are stretched around the heel (sometimes over the heel and instep) and thus keep the RSG caps on the forefoot. The caps allow maximum freedom of movement of the foot, at the same time protect against burns when turning quickly and allow easy turning on the forefoot. There are two types, depending on the application: the normal (longer) form and, for use in competitions, the short form (in which only a small part of the forefoot is in the cap).

RG caps are generally white or off-white, more rarely black.
