Rach and the restaurant founders

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Rach und die Restaurantgründer was a German TV show that was broadcast on ZDF in 2015 . In the show, star chef Christian Rach accompanied future restaurant owners on their way to self-employment, be it a classic restaurant or self-service shop.

Shipment process

After Christian Rach has received a letter from the restaurant founders, whom he is supposed to help, he goes to see them and supports them in their project. Although the future restaurant is usually still a construction site when he arrives, he goes through all the important points that need to be considered in a restaurant with the founders. From financing to interior design and food - the star chef leaves nothing to chance.

Even if everything doesn't always work as hoped, and Christian Rach sometimes has to rebuild the founders, every restaurant was able to open and in some cases hold up to this day.

After one or two months, Christian Rach visits the restaurant again, may give new tips for changes, find out about news and give an assessment of whether he thinks the restaurant can hold up in the long term.
