Radio Silesia is a private Polish radio station with an information and music program. The station, based in Zabrze (Hindenburg OS) , started in 2014 and is majority owned by Arkadiusz Hołda. A small part of it belongs to the diocese of Gleiwitz , which contributes social and religious programs.
The station took over the frequencies of the former station Radio Plus Śląsk. Even before 2014, TVS broadcast a television program and an internet station under the name Radio Silesia.
Radio Silesia is aimed at listeners between the ages of 30 and 50 and plays Silesian music from today and from the 1990s and 2000s.
The radio station also has two other sister channels : Radio Silesia Club and Radio Bercik Silesia . They can only be received through the Internet.
