Raging Stallion (Eng. " Raging (stud) stallion") is a US company with headquarters in San Francisco , California . The company mainly produces films in the sex industry for a gay audience. The company was founded in the 1990s by Chris Ward and JD Slater . Michael Brandon later became a co-owner. The company initially produced for the US market. Since the 2000s, the company has also been represented on the European market and internationally in other regions of the world. The spectrum of products ranges from hardcore porn films to softcore videos to calendars, postcards and photo books. The company's first photo book was published by Bruno Gmünder Verlag in 2008 and is entitled Magnum . In 2009 they published the illustrated book To The Last Man with the same publisher .

In 2005 22 new films were made. In 2006 the company had success with the films Hard as Wood and Arabesque , with which they achieved new record sales.

With the movie Cops Gone Bad! with Michael Soldier and Chris Steele , Raging Stallion Studios won the 2003 GayVN Award . In 2004, Michael Soldier, who works for Raging Stallion, won the GayVN Award for Best Actor. The film GayDreams by Raging Stallion with Michael Vincenzo , Peter Raeg and Shane Rollins also won a GayVN Award . In 2005, Wall of Penises — Hard Sex won the GayVN Awards . Raging Stallion Studios received the GayVN Award in 2006 for the film Passport to Paradise and in another category for the film Arabesque with Huessein, Joey Russo and Colin West . In 2007 he won the Gay VN Awards with the film Manhattan . In 2008, the company won the Best Picture category at the GayVN Awards with the film Grunts: Brothers in Arms .
