Rancho del Cielo in the Santa Ynez Mountains

Rancho del Cielo (also known as Sky's Ranch or Heaven's Ranch ) is a so-called Western White House in the US state of California . The former ranch and vacation home was owned by Ronald Reagan and his family, the 40th President of the United States .

Because of Reagan's increasing Alzheimer's disease , the property was sold to the Young America's Foundation student organization in 1998 .
