The town hall in Schwaigern

The town hall in Schwaigern is a historic building that was erected in 1906 not far from the old town hall of Schwaigern, which was destroyed in a fire on May 21, 1905.

description

The secular building was designed by the architect Theodor Moosbrugger . The entrance portal was placed across the corner. The stairwell window was clearly cut out of the wall. The gable was arranged asymmetrically. These are the hallmarks of the Heimat style with “clear forms and subtle decoration [with] local building materials and regional building tradition”.

The Heilbronn art blacksmith August Stotz created window grilles and radiator cladding .
