Ratko Marković

Ratko Marković ( Serbian - Cyrillic Ратко Марковић ; born December 8, 1944 in Požarevac ) is Professor of Law at the University of Belgrade and former Vice Prime Minister of Serbia (1994-2000).

Marković studied at the School of Law in Belgrade . In 1999 he took part in the Rambouillet negotiations as head of the Yugoslav delegation . He testified as a witness at the 2005 trial of Slobodan Milošević .
