When Council Working Group (RAG, Eng. Council Working Group ) individual working groups are the Council of the European Union referred. Preparations for the Committee of Permanent Representatives of the Member States (Coreper) are being made in the Council working groups. Important points of contention are already being discussed and provisionally clarified in the meetings of the Council working groups.
