Real business license

Real trade license is an outdated term that can still be found in the German legal system in the trade regulations and in restaurant law. Real trades were usually monopolies tied to a property to exercise a certain trade such as B. the brewing right , the right to distill or the right of a certain family as the owner of a property to operate a ferry.
