Re briefing

The re-briefing is a comparison of information between the executing and commissioning party. It follows the briefing and forms the contractual basis of an order. That is why the re-briefing is recorded and signed by both parties.

The re-briefing should contain the following information:

  • Place, date and time of the briefing
  • entry list
  • Procedure of the briefing
  • Task
  • Mention of the client
  • available background information
  • Appointments
  • Fees
  • handed over materials
  • Mention of the contact person
