Redispatch

Redispatch stands for:

  • Reclearance , a procedure to reduce the amount of reserve fuel to be carried on flights with critical weight.
  • Redispatch (power grid) , a requirement for the adjustment of the power supply from power plants by transmission system operators in order to avoid or eliminate bottlenecks; in particular, unplanned start-up or shutdown of power plants due to under- or over-capacity in the transmission network.
