Government of Erlander II
The Erlander II government was formed in Sweden on October 1, 1951 by Prime Minister Tage Erlander of the Swedish Social Democratic Workers' Party SAP ( Sveriges socialdemokratiska arbetareparti ) and replaced the Erlander I government . She remained in office until October 31, 1957 and was then replaced by the Erlander III government. Although Erlanders SAP won the most seats in the elections to the Swedish Parliament on 21 September 1952 and 16 September 1956 , but formed a center-left - coalition with the Farmers' Association BF ( Bondeförbundet ) .
