Pavilniai Regional Park

The Pavilniai Regional Park ( lit.Pavilnių regioninis parkas ) is the smallest regional park in Lithuania . It is located in the capital Vilnius around the Vilnia (tributary of the Neris ) and covers 2127 ha (65% forests). The park has been designated around the Vilnia Valley in order to preserve the valley landscape and the natural ecosystem and cultural heritage.
