Reservation rights
Reservation right is the reserved special right that is available to a small number of chosen people in a system, but does not apply to the majority of members.
In addition, two special constitutional regulations in Germany are referred to as reserve rights:
- Reservation rights (Holy Roman Empire) Reservation rights of the emperor in the Holy Roman Empire
- Reservation rights (German Empire) Reservation rights of some federal states in the Empire of 1871
- WRV reservation rights in relation to Articles 170, 171 WRV
- Great Britain's special rights in Egypt from 1922 to 1936 (see Declaration of Independence of Egypt )
