Reyal Urbis, SA is a Spanish real estate company headquartered in Madrid . It was created in 2007 from the merger of Inmobiliaria Urbis and Construcciones Reyal . In 2007 Reyal Urbis generated sales of 1.561 billion euros.

In the course of the bursting of the Spanish property bubble since 2007, the company had to file for bankruptcy in February 2013 .

The tax liability of Reyal Urbis to the Spanish Treasury is now 368.6 million euros (2016).

In January 2018 there was a delisting from the Madrid Stock Exchange.
