Rheometer
Rheometer (from Greek rheos, flow) stands for:
- a measuring device that is used to determine the deformation and flow behavior of matter, see rheometry
- a special rheometer for the investigation of shear deformations, also the most frequently used rheometer type, see shear rheometer
- a special rheometer for the investigation of tensile deformation, see extensional rheometer
- a special rheometer for examining bending deformations, see bending beam rheometer
