National team
Medina was a member of the Uruguayan senior team . In 1918 he won the Copa Gran Premio de Honor Uruguayo with Uruguay . In both games against the Argentine selection he was set up. He was also a member of the Celeste squad at the South American Championships in Brazil in 1919 , where Uruguay finished second. He was not used during the tournament.
