from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Rich Turner is an American actor who appears in supporting roles. He met Quentin Tarantino in drama school and they both quickly became friends as they shared many interests. Tarantino also helped Turner to make his film debut in Tarantino's never-before-released film My Best Friend's Birthday .

Life

To this day, he is best known for his role in Tarantino's cult film Reservoir Dogs , in which he takes on the role of a sheriff who tells his colleagues an anecdote about a traffic control he carried out that almost escalates. His sentence "Buddy, I'm gonna shoot you in the face!" Was quoted by stand-up comedian Bill Burr on his show Monday Morning Podcast , which increased his level of awareness a little more. He had another role in a Tarantino film as a sports reporter in Pulp Fiction , but here only his voice can be heard.

In 2004 he played his last role so far in the short film The Lucky Penny 2 . Since there were no role offers, Turner now has a "normal" occupation and does not work as an actor.
