Rinnovamento Italiano

Rinnovamento Italiano (Italian Renewal) was an Italian political party founded by the previously independent Prime Minister Lamberto Dini for the 1996 general election. As a center-left party, it took part in the 1996 and 2001 parliamentary elections as part of the L'Ulivo alliance . Since 2002 the party has merged into the new formation La Margherita - Democrazia è Libertà .
