Robochop (* 1985 in Hawkesbury , Ontario, Canada, as Christian Schuch ), also known under the names Evergreen and Chriss-Slik or Dj Slik , is a German hip-hop producer.
Robochop's productions are extremely diverse, mostly based on samples mixed with influences from all over the world and synthetic sounds. His productions are assigned to the directions boom bap as well as trip jazz, chillhop and lo-fi.

biography

Since 2004 Robochop from Kreuztal (Siegen) has been producing instrumentals for various artists (including e.g. Ket, OPUZ & KGEE and many more). Since 2010 he has been a producer and artist at Eartouch Ent. He works with various artists of the label. Another project called Porno Vibes came about in 2013 in collaboration with the rap platform Rappers.in. From 2015 his focus shifted to instrumental music and remixes. He produced the instrumental releases "Street Blues" 1 & 2 under the name Evergreen.

He released his first instrumental release Ups & Downs in 2018 under the name Robochop on the label Eartouch Entertainment. His second release Slow Jams was also released by Eartouch Ent in 2019. digital and in a limited edition of 104 copies on vinyl.

Robochop also produces remixes by various artists. His first self-produced remix album was the project “Jay vs. Bob ”, which consists of a symbiosis of Jay Z and Bob Marley samples.
