Career
The group, which had their first radio appearance in 1951, was best known in the San Francisco area. After she had her daily radio show on the KGYW station in Vallejo ( California ) for over a year , she got a recording contract with the Cormac Recording Company . One of her titles there was Sand In My Shoes .
