Rolf Lechner
Rolf Lechner (* 1942 in Königsberg ) is a German entrepreneur in the real estate sector .
He studied industrial engineering at the TU Berlin . In 1975 he founded the real estate company Bodentreuhand Verwaltungs-Aktiengesellschaft , or BOTAG for short . Among other things, he designed hotels, social housing, shopping centers, office buildings and holiday parks. He was CEO of the company until 2000, then he sold his shares to IVG . Today he is the CEO of Immobilien -expert-AG and Hotel Property AG (HOPAG).
