Roman Nikolajewitsch Kirejew ( Russian Роман Николаевич Киреев , born February 14, 1987 ) is a former Kazakh cyclist .

Roman Kirejew won the bronze medal in the road race and in the individual time trial at the Asian Junior Games 2004 in Yotsukaichishi , Japan . In the following year, he took third place in the overall ranking of the Giro della Toscana junior tour . In 2006, Kireev became the Kazakh champion in the U-23 class road race. From 2008 he drove for the ProTeam Astana . At the national championship in Karagandy , he finished third in the road race.

At the end of August 2011, Kireev announced his immediate end of career due to ongoing back problems.
