Rope , rope, rope or leash is included in the length measurements in the Anglo-American system of measurement .

The dimensional chain was

  • 1 rope = 6.096 meters = 20 feet / foot (US) = 4 degrees
    • 1 grade = 1.524 meters = 5 feet / foot (US) = 2 paces
      • 1 pace = 1 step = 0.762 meters = 2.5 feet / foot (US) = 5 shaftments
  • 5 ropes = 30.48 meters = 100 feet / foot (US) = 1 Ramsden chain
