Rosa-Maria Reiter

Rosa-Maria Reiter (* 1968 or 1969) is a former lay judge at the constitutional court for the state of Baden-Württemberg . She belonged to the group of members unqualified for judicial office.

On December 14, 2016, at the suggestion of the AfD parliamentary group , Reiter was elected member of the State Court for the State of Baden-Württemberg in the second ballot with 53 against 40 votes and 39 abstentions, after she was elected in the first ballot with 43 against 45 votes with 44 abstentions initially had no majority. Her term ended on July 20, 2018.

In 2016, Reiter worked in the office of the AfD member of the state parliament, Carola Wolle, and in 2017 was the office manager of the AfD member of the state parliament, Hans Peter Stauch .

Reiter is the wife of the AfD politician and former public prosecutor Thomas Seitz, who was elected to the Bundestag .
