Ross Haywood
Ross Haywood ( Ross William Haywood; born February 18, 1947 ) is a retired Australian walker .
In 1974 he finished seventh in the 20 mile walk at the British Commonwealth Games in Christchurch .
At the 1976 Olympics, he came 12th in a 20 km walk . In the marathon he gave up after 20 km.
He set his personal best in 20 km of 1:30:28 h on February 5, 1978 in Melbourne .
