Rudolf Zschacke (born November 16, 1902 , † February 5, 1975 ) was a German district administrator and administrative judge.

Zschacke did his doctorate after studying law. From 1943 to 1945 he was district administrator in the Rothenburg district (Ob. Laus.) . On December 28, 1949, he became a member of the Administrative Court Council and in 1954 Administrative Court Director at the Administrative Court of Hanover . In 1966 he retired.
