Rudolph table

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The Rudolph table is a table published by Klaus Rudolph for age-appropriate performance evaluation in swimming .

With their help, the performance development of a swimmer should be objectively comprehensible. To this end, Rudolph publishes a table every year that is based on the individual records and thus also on the respective age group records. With the help of the table, which represents a point scheme, it should be possible to assign the performance of a swimmer to the performance level for, for example, national or regional cadres.

criticism

Like all data collections in swimming, the table is year-related and cannot therefore provide any data for comparisons during the year.
