Rumormeister

The Rumormeister was an officer belonging to the regiment's staff at the time of the Landsknechte .

The Rumormeister was assigned to the whore whale and supported him in the camp, but especially on the train and during the battles, in leading the numerous servant spirits in the army (the "boys and whores").

Typically an old warrior was appointed who was no longer capable of armed service.
