The Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF) is a Russian state-owned private equity company with $ 10 billion under management. The RDIF is controlled by the Wneschekonombank .

Joint funds were set up together with other sovereign wealth funds (e.g. China Investment Corporation ). In 2013, RDIF and international investors invested in the IPO of the Russian MICEX-RTS exchange .

The fund was launched in 2011.
