Saxon Youth Media Prize

The Saxon Youth Media Prize has been awarded to young people who are particularly committed in the field of new and old media since 2004 as part of the regular Saxon Youth Media Days , which are considered the most renowned media event for young people in Saxony , and should highlight the importance not only of passive media consumption, but above all Emphasize and reward self-activity.

Participants can apply in four categories, whereby the prizes for the top three winners differ depending on the sponsor:

  • Radio award

  • Newspaper price

A prize is usually a material or monetary prize, combined with an invitation to the Saxon Youth Media Days with an award ceremony.
