The law for the protection and maintenance of cultural monuments in the Free State of Saxony (Saxon Monument Protection Act) in the version of March 3, 1993 is the basis of the monument law in Saxony . The law is quoted with the abbreviation SächsDSchG. It is one of the monument protection laws in Germany .
