Sökespor was founded in 1954 as the local soccer team of the city of Söke . In the years 1986-1987 and 1989-1994 the club played in the second highest Turkish league ( TFF 1st Lig ). After relegation to the 3rd division, he was relegated to the Aydin Süper Amatoer Lig .

history

In the 2009/2010 season, the club was in a financial crisis and was relegated to the Aydin 1st Amatoer Lig as the penultimate. With the start of the new season, Sebahattin İspirli was hired as a new coach. He led the team to promotion to the Aydin Süper Amatoer Lig. Kerar Kolcu coached the team in the 2011/2012 season. The season ended in 1st place and was promoted to the Boelgesel Amatoer Lig . The club has played in the Boelgesel Amatoer Lig since the 2012/2013 season.
