The SHC Berner Oberland is a street hockey club founded in Switzerland in 1992 . It was originally founded in the Interlaken region and was based there, the games are now played in Wimmis. He has been playing in the National League B of the Swiss Street Hockey Association since 2005 .

The SHC Berner Oberland was founded on March 28, 1992 in Bönigen. The club first took part in the Swiss street hockey championship in the 1992/93 season. In the spring of 1993, the SHC Berner Oberland rose to the newly created National League B. In the 1995/96 season they were promoted to the National League A. In spring 2005, the SHC Bernese Oberland rose again to the second highest league in Switzerland. Since then, the SHC Berner Oberland has belonged to the second highest Swiss league without interruption. Between 1992 and 1998 the home games were played on the hard court near the school complex in Bönigen. In the summer of 1998, the company moved to the site at the Steindlerschulhaus in Unterseen. Since the 2005/06 season, the SHC Berner Oberland has played all games in the roller hockey hall in Wimmis. In the summer of 2013, the club includes the National League B team, a second league team and a junior team.
