Sabayon

Sabayon is:

  • the French name for zabaglione , one of the most famous desserts in Italian cuisine
  • in the modern kitchen not only zabaglione and the sweet foam creams derived from it, but also a type of sauce that is also made on the basis of egg yolks plus aromatics whipped in a water bath (e.g. red wine sabayon with fish)
  • a Linux distribution, see Sabayon Linux
