The island of Saint-Ferréol ( French Îlot Saint-Ferréol , also Saint-Féréol ) is the third largest of the Îles de Lérins archipelago and so small that it is only partially regarded as such, and it was and remains uninhabited. It is only 221 meters from the eastern tip of the island of Île Saint-Honorat and measures only 222 by 160 meters.
Opposite the island of Sainte-Marguerite , which is 1.7 km to the north, 3.2 km in length and 928 m in width, it looks dwarfed.
To the east of Sainte-Marguerite is a similar dwarf satellite island, the Île Saint de la Tradeliere . It is the smallest of the archipelago with a length of 233 m and a width of 98 m.
